Where are the trials?
The rehearsals take place in venues known as “quadras,” which are large halls with capacity for thousands of people. We organize a visit to the Salgueiro samba school’s quadra, located in the North Zone, near the Maracanã Stadium.
Are there toilets in the place?
Yes, all of them have bathrooms.
Is there a place to eat and drink in the place?
Yes, there are bars and fast food options.
Are the stables covered, should it rain?
Yes, they are covered.
What is the most appropriate clothing?
Rio Carnival is synonymous with parties and joy. You can wear whatever you want to make yourself feel comfortable!
Are the stables dangerous?
Not at all. The stables are frequented even by celebrities and there is no danger.
What is the best stable or best samba school?
We recommend and organize tours to the Salgueiro quadra, one of the main samba schools in Rio de Janeiro. It is located in a residential, safe area with easy access.
Is there a place to sit on the place?
There is a table and chair rental service in this block, but this is an outsourced service that only provides value and information on the premises.
